01
Psychodynamic Approach
I use a psychodynamic approach to explore how early experiences, relationships, emotions, and unconscious patterns may influence a client’s present thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
Together, we develop insight into these patterns and create space for deeper self-understanding, emotional processing, and meaningful change.
02
Internal Family system -IFS
I use an IFS-informed approach to help clients understand and connect with different parts of themselves, especially those carrying difficult emotions, beliefs, or past experiences.
Through curiosity, compassion, and a non-judgmental process, we work toward greater inner harmony, self-understanding, and emotional healing.
03
Humanistic,CBT,Trauma informed approach
**Humanistic:** I offer a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore themselves, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward personal growth.
**CBT:** I help clients identify unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns and develop healthier, more balanced ways of responding to life’s challenges.
**Trauma-Informed:** I work with sensitivity to each client’s experiences, prioritising safety, trust, choice, empowerment, and understanding how trauma may shape present-day emotions and relationships.
